The main mission of Kulturní centrum Řehlovice is organising cross border social and cultural projects. It started 1999 with Czech-German art symposium to revive the place of a former land state and create a place with an atmosphere of understanding and cooperation.

At Kulturni Centrum Rehlovice different people all over Europe can meet and exchange to establish more acceptance, more knowledge and tolerance about the “others” behind the border, or even “the others” within the border. Since that time it became more international, well known in the region between Prague and Dresden and a lot of different events and art symposia, exhibitions, lectures, concerts, theatre and film performances are taking place. We also run workshops for challenged socially handcapped children and adults from Germany and Czech Republic. Over ten years they have organized multinational art projects,  learning projects and exchanges.
